Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent Municipality to grant licence to the petitioner with respect to the Tea Stall Premises at Ooty Market in No.6, IUDP Stall, M.S.Lane, Ooty, Nilgiris District and permit him to run the Tea Stall.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.5806 of 2018 submitted that this writ petition was filed without the knowledge of the petitioner and he does not have any instruction in this writ petition.

2. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
