The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the certified copies of the orders dated 13.08.2025 in EP.Nos.20/2021 and 176/2021 in LAOP.No.511/2009 are received and they have already been filed before the Registry and hence, the petitions have become infructuous. The learned counsel also submitted that if the limitation is calculated from the date of the endorsements made in the certified copies, the Civil Revision Petitions will be in time. The learned counsel therefore prayed that appropraite directions be issued to the Registry to number the CRPs and list the same for admission.

2.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as infructuous.

3.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petitions, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 28.04.2026.
