The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.03.2024, registered for the offences under Sections 4(1) (i), 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1A) of T.N.P. Act read with 328 of I.P.C. in crime No.206 of 2024 seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate stated that the petitioner has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
