ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.A.Vimal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is encroachment on the Public Works Department channel running from Veriyur Eri in S.No.58, Veraiyur Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk.

3. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader submits that as on date, there is no encroachment and only a mud road is formed. However, if any encroachment is found, action would be taken in respect of the same.

4. In view of the said statement made by the learned State Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
