ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.04.2022 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1) (i), 4(1) (aaa), 4(1-A) TNP Act in Crime No.308 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence, when the respondent police were in their routine patrol duty, they found that the petitioner was in possession of I.D. Arrack of 120 litres illegally. Hence, the complaint.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner was in judicial custody for the past 31 days. Hence prays for grant of bail. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would vehemently oppose stating that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 vide order dated 09.05.2022 passed in C.M.P.No.9/B.L.A./C2/2022 by the learned District Magistrate and District Collector, Salem District.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is a history sheeter and he has been detained under Goondas Act, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
