Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.G.MOHANA KRISHNAN Advocate on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:-

These miscellaneous petitions were filed in the year 2016. Only notice through Court as well as privately, was ordered on 26.04.2016. Thereafter, these matters have been kept pending without any interim order, till this date.
