CMP No.12272 of 2018 in C.M.A.Sr.No.34720 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J., This application is filed for condoning the delay of 3 days in filing the above appeal against the Award made in E.C.No.861 of 2015 dated 19.02.2018 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Coonoor.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the first respondent has got no objection for condoning the delay.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 3 days in filing the Appeal is hereby condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
