A perusal of a notes-paper with respect to M.P.No.169 of 2019 in R.C.O.P.No.124 of 2018 now pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller at Alandur shows that it is now pending atleast for the past 7 to 8 hearings for the enquiry on the side of the respondent.

2. It would be only appropriate that the learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller at Alandur, impresses on the respondent that arguments should be advanced.

3. In so far as the M.P.No.169 of 2019 is concerned, it is now posted to 30.06.2021. A direction is issued that the learned Principal District Munsif cum Rent Controller at Alandur to dispose of the M.P.No.169 of 2019 on or before 31.07.2021.
