2. The Registrar, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, sent an e-mail communication dated 08.01.2021, to the Registry of this Court, praying for another two months time to comply with the final order dated 18.08.2020, passed in this Writ Petition.

3. This Court heard the submission of Mr.R.J.Rishikesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Sethuraman, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent also.

4. In the light of the request made, the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, is granted further two months time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order in the website for disposing of S.A.Nos.398 of 2018, 433 and 4345 of 2019, pending on their file.
