(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in MACTOP No.1287 of 2022 on the file of the MACT, Principal District Judge, Puducherry.

2.Notice had been directed to the respondents, notice had been served and proof affidavit had also been filed. But there is no appearance for the respondents.

3.It had been stated that owing to administrative reasons, there has been a delay of 31 days.

4.In view of the reasons stated, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
