O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for committing contempt of Court by disobeying the order dated 08.01.2016 in W.P.No.707 of 2016.

2. It is contended by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that based on the order of this Court in the above Writ Petition, dated 08.01.2016, the entire terminal benefits have been paid to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner is entitled for more benefits pursuant to 12(3) settlement and he seeks permission to give a fresh representation to the respondents for consideration.

4. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to respondents for fresh consideration. No costs.
