Seeking leave to file suit in respect of the properties in item Nos.4 to 8 of the Schedule, which lies outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the applicants/plaintiffs have come up with this application.

2. The suit is filed for declaration.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that several items of suit properties situate within the jurisdiction of this Court and items 4 to 8 of the schedule alone situate outside the jurisdiction. To avoid multiplicity of proceedings, leave is necessary to file single suit in respect of all the items of suit properties.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.

Post the suit on 22.06.2021.
