This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 13.02.2023 passed in Crl.R.C.No.698 of 2022 that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) for the return of vehicle viz., Tractor bearing Registration No.TN21-BY-0187. 2.Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 3.It is represented that the Trial Court is insisting for solvency certificate. Since the petitioner claimed to be the owner of the above said vehicle, he was directed to execute own bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) for the interim custody of the Tractor bearing Registration No.TN21-BY-0187 and the solvency certificate need not be insisted from the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking modification is closed.
