Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pay a just and fair amount as compensation to each of the family of the 17 victims who died in a fire accident that took place on 06.05.2009 at the oil mill belonging to the 8th respondent-Company, directing the respondents 4 & 7 to effectively investigate the case of the fire accident registered in Cr.No.211 of 2009 on the file of the 7th respondent expeditiously and prosecute the 8th respondent as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court.
