ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (1)The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.04.2022 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No.256 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. (2)The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been detained under the Act 14 of 1982 as a ''Bootlegger'' on 09.05.2022 in CMP.No.9/B.L.A./C2/2022 and hence, this petition has become infructuous.
