2.The deponent of the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, viz. the Managing Trustee of the petitioner's trust, would state that the Trust in accordance with the norms of the National Council for Teachers' Education (NCTE), intends to impart B.Ed. course by starting a new College and according to them, they have got all necessary infrastructures and since they require No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the affiliating body viz. the first respondent, submitted an application on 29.5.2015, for grant of NOC and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition for the early disposal of it's representation. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.U.Venkatesan, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the first respondent, and Mr.K.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the second respondent.
4.This Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 29.5.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 27.7.2015, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
