By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The deponent of the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, viz. the Correspondent of S.B.G. College of Education, Trichy, would state that the petitioner-Trust was granted approval vide proceedings of the second respondent dated 13.11.2006, to start B.Ed. Course and accordingly, it is conducting the said Course from 2008 onwards. He would further state that it is having all necessary requirements and infrastructures to have additional intake of students and in this regard, submitted an application/representation dated 30.6.2015, for grant of No Objection Certificate from the affiliating body viz. the first respondent and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition for early disposal of it's representation.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.U.Venkatesan, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the first respondent, and Mr.K.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the second respondent.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 30.6.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 27.7.2015, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
