2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petitions.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petitions and common order copy in Crl.O.P.Nos.4643 & 4647 of 2024 dated 05.03.2024 and issue fresh order copy. Further, the petitioner shall execute the sureties and comply with the conditions on or before 30.04.2024.
