O R D E R

This Revision has been preferred as against the order made in C.M.P.No.02 of 2024 in M.C.No.77 of 2023 dated 06.11.2024 on the file of the learned District Family Court, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the documents placed on record.

3. The petitioner was married with the 1st respondent on 05.02.2015 and out of the wedlock, the respondents 2 and 3 were born. Thereafter, due to misunderstanding, the respondents were driven out of the matrimonial home and are living separately. Hence the respondents were not able to maintain themselves, therefore, the respondents filed a petition in M.C.No.77 of 2023 for maintenance. While the Maintenance Case is pending, the respondents filed an interim application seeking interim maintenance.

4. A perusal of the records reveals that the petitioner is working in Saudi Arabia and earning a sum of Rs.2,60,000/- per month and he is working as Senior Commission Engineer in a private concern. Further, the 1st respondent has no income and as such, the trial court rightly awarded interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- in favour of the 1st respondent and Rs.7,000/- each to the

respondents 2 and 3. Hence this Court finds no illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the trial court and the present Revision is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. The trial court is directed to complete the trial in M.C.No.77 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
