This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to dispose of the I.A.No.6 of 2023 in O.S.No.655 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Puducherry within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the first respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.655 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Puducherry for permanent injunction and mandatory injunction. The said suit was decreed exparte on 27.07.2023. To set aside the exparte decree, the petitioner/first defendant has filed an application in I.A.No.6 of 2023 and the same is pending from the year 2023. Hence, the present revision has been filed seeking speedy disposal of the interlocutory application execution petition within the time fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this revision petition, without going into merits of the case, the learned Principal District Munsif, Puducherry is directed to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.6 of 2023 in O.S.No.655 of 2023 expeditiously, within a period of 4 months Page 2 / 4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
