This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash C.C.No.3124 of 2024 on the file of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. The Final Report has been filed against the petitioners by the Respondent Police before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.No.3124 of 2025 under Sections 147, 294(b), 427, 452, 506(ii) r/w. 149 I.P.C.,

3. On perusal of records and the statement of the witnesses, it shows that there are allegations against the petitioners that they had trespassed into the house of the defecto complainant and damaged household articles. Since allegations of criminal offence is made out, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same by quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.3124 of 2024.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.09.2025 vum To,
