This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 34 days in filing this criminal revision petition against the order dated 06.11.2024 passed in C.M.P.No.2 of 2024 in M.C.No.77 of 2023 on the file of the District Family Court, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 34 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
