ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of this Court's order dated 26.07.2022 made in W.P.No.18972 of 2022.

2. Learned Standing Counsels for both the respondents submitted that, as directed by this Court, in order dated 26.07.2022 in W.P.No. 18972 of 2022, the respondents have complied with the order of the Court and calculation memo has also been filed by the respondent Corporation.

3. Taking on record the calculation memo filed by the respondent Corporation and in view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsels for the respondents, the contempt Petition is closed. If there is any dispute, it is open to the petitioner to challenge that order.
