This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.10.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent.

4. Hence, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
