Crl.M.P.No.6334 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5810 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5810 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Sivaganga and report before the Inspector of Police, Sivaganga Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5810 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
