ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in S.C.No.4 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal and quash the same. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main case in S.C.No.4 of 2013 has already been disposed of and hence, the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
