Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2024 and to sanction and disburse the regular pension and all due of terminal benefits of the petitioner and further directing the respondent No.2 to disburse the terminal benefits amount due to the petitioner with an interest of 12% per annum, from the date of his retirement till the date of realization within a time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2024 and to sanction and disburse the regular pension and all due of terminal benefits of the petitioner and further directing the second respondent to disburse the terminal benefits amount due to the petitioner with interest of 12% per annum, from the date of his retirement till the date of realization. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the respondents paid the terminal benefits to the tune of Rs.50,74,989/- to the petitioner on 02.01.2026.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, grant 2/4

liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy, if there is any differential amount due to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in accordance with law, if there is any differential amount due to the petitioner.
