This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, on a complaint given by one Annapattu, police are conducting enquiry and they have also summoned the petitioner to appear.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of not of harass cannot be passed and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation and during the investigation, he shall not be harassed.
