This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner except by due process of law, pursuant to the representation dated 21.03.2026.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.
3. Considering the submissions and upon perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the dispute between the petitioner and the neighbor with regard to exasperating of the dog of the petitioner. The petitioner had already appeared before the respondent on 20.03.2026 and thereafter, failed to appear and has now alleged harassment.
4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds that there is no harassment. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
