This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 28.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19927 of 2012.

2. While setting aside the order passed by the second respondent, this Court directed the second respondent to consider the approval afresh. Pending modification petition, the second respondent now passed an order on 19.09.2023 as directed by this Court. Therefore, there is no need to modify the order passed by this Court. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the second respondent in the manner known to law.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
