This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24061 of 2022 dated 10.10.2022, passed by this Court to report before XV Metropolitan Magistrate, GT Court at 10.30 a.m., on all working days and report before the respondent Police on every Saturday and Sunday at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24061 of 2022 dated 10.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
