This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.350 of 2015 dated 23.03.2015 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. This Court will not normally interfere with the discretionary jurisdiction of imposing conditions by the Courts below. It is always open to the petitioner to move the Court, which had granted him bail and then approach this Court.
