Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 16.08.2017 for rectification of errors
crept in the Revenue records relating to land measuring an extent of 95 cents in Survey NO.1051/4 situated at Thiyaranadurgam Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2017, the respondents 2 and 3 have not passed any order so far.

Mr.S.Naveenathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2017, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
