Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 27.10.11 of the 1st respondent herein namely the Honourable Controlling Authority in PG Case No. 31/08 for Payment of Gratuity of Rs. 51,923/-, which was confirmed by the 2nd respondent herein, namely, the Appellate Authority in PG Appeal Case No.3/2012, by order dated 12.7.2012 and refund the amount of Rs.51,923/- with interest totalling Rs. 72,493/- (Rupees Seventy Two Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety Three only) in deposit in PG case No. 31/08 with 1st respondent.
