This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 26.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that this petitioner is a teacher, dismissed from service and she has gone to the school where she was earlier working and had created ruckus, on account of which, a case in Crime No.13 of 2015 has been registered against the petitioner. As a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint dated 26.08.2015. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to Police to register an F.I.R., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
