This above captioned application have been filed seeking to permit the applicant to join the cause of action in respect of the debts due to the applicant/ plaintiff under the four Promissory Notes dated 15.10.2021 executed by the 1st to 3rd respondents to the tune of Rs.26,90,000/-, Rs.26,90,000/-, Rs.26,90,000/- , Rs.26,90,000/- totally amounts to Rs.1,07,60,000 and to file a single suit before this Court.

2.From a perusal of the promissory notes which have been relied upon by the plaintiff in the suit, it is prima facie seen that they have been executed by the defendant in favour of the plaintiff. The same is subject to challenge. The said finding is only prima facie and not conclusive and is subject to challenge by the defendant.

3.In view of the prima facie finding, the prayer sought for in this application is ordered as prayed for.
