This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction directing the X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of E.P.No.1532 of 2013 in O.S.No.2736 of 2003 for delivery of possession at an early date. 1/4
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that even though, he obtained a decree as early as 06.12.2012 and after disposal of all the legal proceedings which were taken up to the stage of the Second Appeal till the year 2015, they are unable to get delivery possession of the petition premises Triplicane Annadhana Samajam, being a charitable institution depends on the income derived from the properties leased out for its charitable activities. The respondents have not paid the rentals for years together. Therefore, he seeks for an early disposal.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of E.P.No.1532 of 2013 in O.S.No.2736 of 2003 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts.
With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
