(This case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case was ordered on 11.03.2020 and the order copy was made ready on 17.03.2020 and when the petitioner went for surrendering before the Lower Court, lockdown was announced. He would further submit that the Principle District Judge is the Special Court for the cases under Mines and Minerals Act. However, it is wrongly stated as Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri as Court of surrender in Crl.O.P.No.5573 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020 and thereby he seeks the amendment as the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri.
