ORDER

The learned counsel for the 1st respondent makes a statement that it would apply to the Trademarks Registrar to have its mark cancelled and that it has also stopped using its mark in India.

2.The memo to that effect dated 09.02.2024 too has been filed. 3.In view of the same, all the six petitions will stand allowed. The 2nd respondent is hereby directed to rectify its register and cancel the mark of the 1st respondent involved in this batch of six petitions. The entire exercise is required to be concluded by the second respondent within a 2/4

period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the Trademarks Registrar. For the said purpose, the Trademarks Registrar may also act on the web copy of this order.
