JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr.Gnanasekaran, learned counsel, who has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent, would submit that Mr.S.Arunachalam, Advocate may be appointed as Arbitrator to arbitrate the dispute between the parties.

2. Mr. K. Harikrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner, has no objection to the appointment of Mr. S. Arunachalam as Arbitrator. Accordingly, Mr. S. Arunachalam, is appointment as Arbitrator.

3. Considering the fact that an Arbitrator is now appointed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the said Arbitrator shall arbitrate the dispute between the parties.

4. With the above directions, the above Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently A.No.1878 of 2020 is closed. 07.10.2020 Index :Yes/No Speaking / Non-Speaking mrn 2/3
