Mr. T.R.Sivaram, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that he do not want to press this Revision Petition and wants to withdraw the same on the ground that the respondent has died during the pendency of the present Revision.

2. Accordingly, as prayed by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
