The husband of the petitioner had died on 14.05.1978. The petitioner is the sole surviving legal heir of the son. Her son was possessed of share certificate in various companies. The petitioner was examined as P.W.1 and she marked the death certificate and legal heirship certificate of her son as Exs.P1 and P2 respectively and death certificate of her husband as Ex.P3. The documents relating to the share certificates were marked as Exs.P4 to P10.

Taking all the factors into consideration, the Original Petition stands allowed. Registry to issue Succession Cerificate in accordance with rules.
