This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29729 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 in Crime No.555 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered. 02.06.2025 rsi 2/4
