ORDER

There is no representation for the petitioner. The present Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.101 of 2013, pending on the file of the first respondent/Inspector of Police (Crime), E1, Ponneri Police Station, Tiruvallur District to the file of the second respondent/Inspector of Police, CBCID, Thiruvallur or any other investigating agency.

2. The main contention of the petitioner is that A3 & A4 in Crime No.101 of 2013 have filed Crl.O.P.Nos.28069 & 29391 of 2013 before this Court for quashing the FIR and that the respondent/police have not completed the investigation till date.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would contend that there is an order of stay granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.28069 & 29391 of 2013 and therefore, the investigation in Crime No.101 of 2013 is still pending.

4. A perusal of the entire records in Crl.O.P.Nos.28069 & 29391 of 2013 shows that there is no order of stay as on date. Hence, the first respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.101 of 2013 and file a final report preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
