Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to consider representation dated 14.04.2022 and include the name of the petitioner in the list issued by the 3rd respondent to the 5th respondent institution for admitting students under stray vacancy category pertaining to BDS category for the academic year 2022-2023 and allot the petitioner a BDS seat in the 5th respondent institute within a time frame as directed by this Court.

With the consent of the learned counsel for both sides, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.Heard Mr.R.Krishna Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and M/s.Shubharanjani Ananth, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.J.Kumaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the second and third respondents.
3.Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. 4.The petitioner seeks admission under general category for B.D.S course for the impending academic year. The petitioner is resident of Kerala and she has given a representation dated 14.04.2022 before the third respondent. The third respondent will look into the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
