[Made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
2. Petitioner's husband is in Central Prison, Coimbatore, as a life convict. An application for grant of 30 days ordinary leave has been submitted. According to the petitioner, their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
daughter's wedding is to be celebrated on 04.06.2022. The convict has to come out to make arrangements for the wedding and to raise funds.
3. The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's request for grant of ordinary leave for her husband within a period of one week.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
