ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct necessary enquiry against the 6th respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2024.
2. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record.
3. On perusal of the representation dated 29.01.2024 the petitioner has stated that the 6th respondent should not have been posted in the Intelligence Wing and prays for taking disciplinary action against 2/4
him. There cannot be any public interest litigation in service matters. It is for the respondents to take a decision in the matter of posting as well as in taking disciplinary enquiry as it is the domain of the employer and merely because the petitioner made a representation there cannot be any concomitant right for the petitioner to approach this Court by way of mandamus. In view thereof, finding no merits in the writ petition, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
