PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to return to the petitioner the original Sale Deed, dated 05.10.2012, Document No.7105/2012, on the file of Sub Registrar, Ambur, after making necessary endorsements thereon regarding the pendency of the proceedings under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act.
