Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner \; Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.A.Rajaperumal, learned Government Advocate accepting notice on behalf of the 4th respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider his representation dated 30.12.2015. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law and the petitioner is not seeking for any positive direction. 4.In the light of the above said statement and without going into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
