the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, (FAC) Chennai in Crl.M.P.Nos.5467, 5433 and 5469 of 2024 in Crl.A.Nos.136, 135 and 137 of 2024 dated 21.02.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that though the learned Principal Sessions Judge (FAC) Chennai vide order dated 21.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.Nos.5467, 5433 and 5469 of 2024 in Crl.A.Nos.136, 135 and 137 of 2024 has directed the petitioners to pay 20% of the total compensation which amount is huge for the petitioners to repay the same. Hence, they sought to extend the time for complying the condition ordered by the Court below.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time for complying the order passed by the trial court. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to comply with the conditions imposed by the Court of Sessions, Chennai in Crl.M.P.Nos.5467, 5433 and 5469 of 2024 in Crl.A.Nos.136, 135 and 137 of 2024 vide order dated 21.02.2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 22.04.2024 rap Office to Note: Issue order copy on or before 24.04.2023 2/4
